SIMONA® PP-H AlphaPlus® impresses not just as an ideal substitute for rubber-lined steel pipes but also for use in flue gas scrubbing as a solution offering many tangible benefits.
Flue gas cleaning systems are subjected to extreme material loads due to acidic and aggressive contaminants. Thermoplastic products from SIMONA are ideal wherever extreme material loads occur and conventional materials such as steel are not efficient or cost-effective.
SIMONA® PP-H AlphaPlus® has proven to be an ideal construction material resistant to the hydrochloric and sulphuric acids occurring in absorption scrubbers. Products made of SIMONA® PP-H AlphaPlus® also offer high wear resistance to internal and external abrasion as well as a high level of operational reliability and cost benefits.
